Consciousness doesn’t have spatial dimensions, doesn’t break down in spatial parts, it doesn’t even seems to have a location. Given that consciousness is a non-spatial entity, it couldn’t arise from spatial entities.

Without consciousness there is no aesthetic appreciation

Without consciousness there is no inner feeling of Qualia

Without consciousness there is no free will

Without consciousness there is no access to higher mental functions

Without consciousness there is no logical thinking

Without consciousness there is no compassion

Without consciousness there is no morality

Without consciousness there is no affection

Without consciousness there is no friendship

Without consciousness there is no introspection

Without consciousness there are no non-representational properties (inner images)

Without consciousness there are no emotions and feelings

Without consciousness there is no intentionality

Without consciousness there is no redness of red

Without consciousness there is no ingenuity

Without consciousness there is no originality

Without consciousness there is no creativity

Without consciousness there is no scientific development

Consciousness is not an algorithm, it’s not following rules, it is not a process of computations.

Consciousness is a fundamental principle that gives order to the universe
